TGS Prediktor · Kenhardt project
Kenhardt Solar & BESS
SCADA delivery, functional decomposition, and system architecture for a utility-scale hybrid energy project.

The brief
Connect generation, storage, controls, and client requirements.
At TGS Prediktor, I worked on the Kenhardt project to structure functions, clarify interfaces, and help ensure that the SCADA delivery supported reliability at scale. The work sat at the boundary between renewable generation, battery energy storage, control systems, and the practical requirements of project delivery.
The approach
A functional structure from design to SAT.
I established functional structure, technical requirements, and a delivery model that gave the team a clear path from design through site acceptance testing. That structure made decisions and handoffs easier to follow across customer, development, and project teams.
The outcome
Clearer interfaces for critical infrastructure.
The contribution supported a robust SCADA delivery for critical infrastructure, with clearer interfaces between client needs, product development, and project execution. The work was also recognized through a Bright Star award for technical leadership and commercial value.
Constraints held in view
- Critical uptime
- Multiple technical domains
- Complex requirements management
“In critical systems, state, priority, and action must be instantly legible. The same principle makes digital products feel more trustworthy.”
